In our last episode, our beloved characters found themselves in an exciting crossroads. Yano and Sekiguchi discovered a surprising secret: Kakihana, the indebted janitor, turned out to be not worth their time. Imagine their surprise! Meanwhile, Kakihana inquires about Shiho’s safety, only to have Yano reveal a shocking truth. It turns out Shiho is part of his gang and was using him for money. A twist that left us speechless!
After the Halloween events, Dobu and Odokawa meet to make a new plan, but their conversation is interrupted by a call from Yamamoto. What does this mysterious character want? Well, it seems Yamamoto needs a ride, along with one of the Mystery Kiss girls. But what mischief is he up to?
Dobu, always full of surprises, suggests hiding in the trunk to eavesdrop on Yamamoto’s conversation. This might help them discover if he’s interested in buying Odokawa’s dash cam data again. However, Odokawa, with his professional ethics, refuses, deeming it too risky and a breach of client confidentiality.
But the surprises don’t end there. When Yamamoto asks Odokawa for the dash cam data, the latter shocks him by requesting one billion yen. Yamamoto’s expression of shock is something you won’t want to miss. Odokawa explains that someone was willing to pay nine hundred million yen for the data but doesn’t reveal the identity of the offeror. Yamamoto considers the proposal but says he needs to consult his superiors.
